Income Plus Fund
The Income Plus Fund is a broadly diversified pooled fund of guaranteed investment contracts, alternative investment contracts, and short-term money market instruments. It is designed to preserve principal, maximize income, and provide a high degree of liquidity without sacrificing credit quality.
Investment Adviser – BNP Paribas Investment Partners Trust Company is the Trustee of the Fund and Fischer Francis Trees & Watts Inc. is the investment adviser, an affiliate of the Trustee.
Objective – Seeks to obtain competitive fixed income returns in different interest rate environments without principal market fluctuation.
Investment Strategy – The investment strategy is implemented through a traditional process which includes investment research, contract analysis and committee oversight as follows:
- Seeks to maintain high credit quality through fundamental credit analysis and individual contract evaluation.
- Adjusts the average duration to seek to maximize income over a business cycle with the average duration generally ranging between 0 to 3 years.
